These T&C govern the use of the Budzen website and application, which allow users to import and analyze their bank statements for personal purposes.
Nature of the service
Budzen is currently offered free of charge in beta version. The service is provided without warranty of availability, reliability or accuracy of results. The user acknowledges using the application at their own risk.
Registration and access
Access requires the creation of a user account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information during registration.
Data usage
Imported data (bank statements) is processed only within the framework of the service. Some data may be anonymized and used to improve Budzen's AI/ML models, only with the user's explicit consent. No personal data will be transmitted to third parties without consent.
Liability
Budzen is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment recommendations. The analyses and categorizations generated by AI are provided for information purposes only and may contain errors. The service publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the application.
Security
Data is hosted in Switzerland at Infomaniak. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are in place (encryption, access control).
User rights
The user can at any time request access to their data, their rectification or deletion, and withdraw their consent.
Service and T&C modifications
Budzen reserves the right to modify or suspend the service at any time. The T&C may be updated; the user will be informed in case of significant changes.
Applicable law
These T&C are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of [your canton].
