Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs)

Purpose
These T&Cs govern the BudZen marketing site and application. BudZen helps you track personal wealth and budgets, import bank statements (CSV or PDF files) and view indicative analyses and categorisation.
Nature of the service
BudZen offers a free tier and paid Premium subscriptions when billing is enabled. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability, categorisation accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
Registration and access
Access requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
Use of data
Imported and entered data is processed to provide the service (storage, display, budget, insights, import). Necessary excerpts may be sent to technical processors (notably Infomaniak for import/categorisation AI, Supabase for auth and database). BudZen does not sell your data for advertising.
Liability
BudZen is not a financial, tax or legal advisor and does not provide investment recommendations. Analyses and categorisation (including AI-assisted ones) are indicative and may contain errors. The publisher is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures apply (HTTPS, access control, reputable providers). No system is infallible; you remain responsible for your device and passwords.
Your rights
Under the Swiss FADP (and GDPR where applicable) you may request access, rectification or erasure, and manage non-essential cookies. Contact: contact@budzen.ch.
Changes to the service and T&Cs
BudZen may modify, suspend or evolve the service. These T&Cs may be updated; the revision date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to mandatory law.
