General Terms of Sale (GTS)

Prices and Subscriptions

Subscription prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) including all taxes. Budzen reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of subscription.

Payment

Payment is made by credit card via our secure provider Stripe. The amount is debited immediately upon subscription.

Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are subscribed for a strictly determined period (monthly or annual) and are automatically renewed by tacit agreement for the same period, unless terminated by the user before the expiry date.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has entered with the consumer's prior express agreement.

Refund

No refund will be made for the current period in the event of early termination.
