Processing is carried out by Karim Zerika, in a personal capacity — contact: contact@budzen.ch.
Data collected
Account data (email, profile), transactions and metadata from CSV/PDF imports or manual entry, technical data (logs, essential cookies). Audience measurement (Google Analytics) only if you enable “analytics” cookies.
Purposes
Providing BudZen (account, wealth, budget, import, categorisation, insights), securing and operating the service, and — only with consent — measuring marketing-site audience.
Legal basis
Contract performance (providing the service); legitimate interests (security, limited technical improvement); consent for analytics cookies and other optional processing.
Hosting and security
The application and API are hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). Authentication and application data are stored via Supabase. Traffic uses HTTPS. Operational access is limited to people needed to run the service.
Processors and sharing
BudZen does not sell your data. Processors acting on our behalf include: Supabase (auth, database), Infomaniak (hosting and AI Tools for mapping/vision/categorisation on import), Stripe (subscription payments when enabled), Google Analytics (only with cookie consent). They act only for their technical role.
Your rights
Under Swiss FADP and, where applicable, GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent (cookies). Contact: contact@budzen.ch.
Retention
Account and transaction data are kept while the account is active, and until you delete data or request deletion at contact@budzen.ch, subject to limited legal retention (technical logs, billing).
Cookies and consent
Non-essential cookies (analytics) are set only after consent via the banner or Cookies page. You may change your choice anytime. Infomaniak AI used during import is part of providing the service as described above; it is not a separate commercial training programme on your data.
Updates
This policy may be updated. The revision date appears at the top. Users will be informed of material changes.
